2017 Minsk, Belarus

Minsk was almost completly destroyed during the second world war and is one of few cities which was rebuilt with Stalins ideas of how a proper city should be built. This and that its one of the last communist dictatorships in Europe almost force me to get there. I need to see this before its to late.
